TiRon just dropped a new lil doozy that will NOT be on his next tape: Ketchup. But it does have me anticipating the new project. I'm feeling this track here, and have already played it about 5 times already. This is called The Procedure. For all ya'll who like that narrative storytelling hip hop...this is a good example.
