Jay Z is definitely bigger than hip hop...but BP 3 has to be an album bigger than hip hop. I can tell that's what he's going for with Run This Town and Off That. The homie Meka has an interview with The Clipse in this issue, and as you can see J. Cole is in here too. Should be a good issue.
