Seeing that I was definitely "reading" this magazine last night as I was in the studio with El Prez, Chris Focus, Picaso and J. Hyphen witnessing magic take place...I can say that this new approach to the mag is great, and any video that goes with it is welcomed. Peep it.

Umm Shake shared these great pics as what I'm gonna call an early xmas gift from him.  I'm all about looking at Rosa Acosta and I'm sure there are many of ya'll who are cool with looking at her too.  And shouts to KING for coming back with a vengeance!!!

I'm excited...need to see if my boy is still on board with KING seeing that it's coming back, he was one of the co-founders.  He kept me laced with magazines to give to the homies.  Below are the words of XXL in regards to the return of KING:

SUPREME x ROSA ACOSTA AIR FRESHENER ???

So Supreme keeps it coming with the Rosa Acosta promotion as they drop an air freshener.  It's Pina Colada scented but I really want my car to smell like her, lol.  But that would probably require a collab with her favorite perfume or body wash...I'd rather go the old fashioned route and get her in my car (shrugs).

20 Years Later - Darlene Ortiz

So you may remember this album cover...one of the biggest west coast albums in Hip Hop History. Now we all know about Ice T & CoCo...but Ms. Ortiz was the original wife of the gangster pimp we all know as Ice T. Now 20 years later in celebration of the 20 year anniversary of that album, XXL has re-created that pose with the O.G. wife. And 20 years later...im still on it. She's lookin good for her age...most women at that age wouldn't dare to wear such a thing...but she pulls it off. Read her interview here...she basically says she was down to do it because she feels she can show that women at that age can still take care of their bodies and wow men of all ages. Prolly easier said by a fitness trainer..but more power to her...

I'm sorry i saw this earlier and I wanted to show you what one of my chicks was doing with her life the other day...she's gonna be the cover girl for GQ...I've been in love since she decided to be in one of my favorite movies...that is all...keep it locked.
