Don't look now, but Hip Hop Official's artist of the week is none other than Strong Arm Steady. They rep Cali hard and you see them all over LA so recognize their movement. I've been rocking with Phil Da Agony since the Wake Up Show when he used to freestyle with Ras Kass, Xzibit, Arrogance and more.
