You may not have kids but I thought this was a pretty good idea. Once you're awake you can fold these beds into the wall therefore creating more space in the actual bedroom. For those with no kids depending on how a house is set up you may be able to keep some extra guest beds around if you're the type to always entertain guests at your house.
