NEW VENUES: TE'KILA

I have no pictures of the food so far but this was formerly La Cantina right on Hollywood Blvd.  It's a barn style set up with the wood walls and offers many of the mexican food favorites including an array of tacos.  Now, though I don't know how the food is or what is on the food menu we should embrace the fact that this place has 100 different tequilas...there is one that goes for 75$ a shot.  With a tequila menu like that you can make the food work for you.  The restaurant will open on August 9th.

EAZEE LIVING: 1010 WILSHIRE

So since I'm here pretty much I figured what better way to bring back Eazee Living then with this building here.  A plush residence that comes with everything...the place is furnished, the architecture is modern and it feels like you live in a hotel permanently.  They offer field trips for residents as well as countless events for them on the rooftop.  A gym on the roof right across from the pool and jacuzzi.  Grills so you can BBQ while your guests swim.  There is a happy hour with complementary drinks, big screens to watch games in the cabanas on the roof.  Spectacular views of downtown LA's skyline including the Staples Center, as well as the city of Los Angeles.  Not only from the roof but from the living spaces.  It's a great place to really push that Los Angeles lifestyle.  So next time I twitter about I'm going swimming and I invite you...maybe you'll hit me back.  If you want to see and learn more about 1010 Wilshire you probably want to go here.  Oh sidenote, Diddy has already thrown a party up on the roof...the only other non-resident to do so was ME, lol.  From what I hear there are no vacancies as of right now but I'm trying to snatch one of so.

EAZEE LIVING: SHADE HOTEL (VACATION EDITION)

Well it's summertime officially and as many cool places as there are to live in Los Angeles and enjoy our local weather...there is something about lounging at hotels or "getting away" during the summer.  In Los Angeles you can get away by never really leaving the city.  A dope place to do that is hidden in Manhattan Beach, it's called Shade.  I went here for my bday a few years ago and the spot is dope, after seeing Pau Gasol get interviewed here on NBA TV today, I figured I'd post this up.  There is a pool, lounge with a full bar and it's right off the pier.  The rooms are nice as well as they all have jacuzzi bathtubs and you can change the lighting in the room as well.  If you want to go here check out the website.

EAZEE LIVING: THE MILK DESK

A nice styled desk if you're looking to keep your work environment simple and spacious.  Details below:

The MILK Desk that stands behind the concept that a desk should "hold a lot but show almost nothing" and that is all possible thanks to the internal wire ports and storage compartments of this super sleek computer workstation. The mere 55 x 25 inch provides ample work surface especially for today's smaller computer hardware, and there is even room for a sunken fish tank or potted plant to keep your mind on more visually appealing things than a computer screen. An electronically height adjustable base easily changes the aluminum frame from 28.7 to 48.4 inches and the left side offers square compartments that open on the top and bottom enabling the user to store anything from the typical office supplies, such as pen and pencils to electronics, such as an iPod. - Furniture Fashion

EAZEE LIVING: SPECIAL EDITION KANYE WEST LOS ANGELES HOME

It's become news that Kanye is selling his Los Angeles home and now the pics of his pad are everywhere.  Pretty interesting stuff but then again if you've seen his website and seen any of his personal interests then it all makes sense.  Some pretty cool stuff, the sad part is some huge money making Kanye "Stan" would probably jump at the idea of buying this home with ALL of the furnishings.  Check it out if you like.

EAZEE LIVING: LIFEGUARD TOWER / LAZAR DESIGN BUILD

A dope residence in Hermosa Beach that you may or may not have driven by on your way to the beach over that way.  This isn't the only oceanic themed design that Steve Lazar has made.  Check out more via ArchDaily:

Designer/Builder Steve Lazar has grown up with the ocean his entire life. As an avid surfer and a craftsman, he has always been inspired by iconic seaside architecture. Piers, sailboats, custom yachts and destinations such as the Hawaiian islands continue to inspire his work. Many of the custom homes he has designed create the ambiance of an idyllic island adventure.
His latest home, The Lifeguard Tower, rises three stories high on a corner lot with an expansive view of Hermosa Beach. The architecture is comprised of three trapezoidal structures, one atop the other. From the base, the residence narrows as it reaches the “look-out” tower room that gives onto a picturesque,1,600-square-foot grass-covered entertainment and dining deck facing the ocean. At night, the tower glows like a beacon of light... Read More
