As you may know, E-40 recently performed at the Pow Wow Festival event in San Bernardino.  He got hooked up with The Boondocks soapbox from Huey Freeman.  We have backstage footage of the Titan of Spiteratury talking about the current state of West Coast hip-hop and some of his favorite moments from the edgy animated series.
