WTF...A DAMN SHAME!!!!

it ain't L.A. but it could happen here and anywhere else. I know you've heard about it, read about it, but to actually see about it struck a nerve. I'm not from Oakland but in various trips to the Bay I've stood in the exact location this happened. I just want to thank Meka for posting this...it's very relevant across the board for my fellow minority men. No matter what kind of progress we make (OBAMA) there always seems to be some kind of ignorance that brings the reality of us having so much further to go. Your thoughts are welcome.

VOTING POLLS' PROBLEMS...

So I've already started getting text messages about voting mishaps today...a road in North Carolina that many African Americans use to get to the voting station is closed off, in Florida the machines are all of a sudden eating up ballots and in Ohio there are ballots missing the Presidential category. Now as big as we are on technology...we couldn't catch these problems or get around them. Many people are being told that now their votes won't count...WTF?!?!?!?!! And this just in from my youngest brother: 2 polling stations in South (Central) L.A. had a power outage and voters had to be moved. They better keep the polls open longer to accomodate this foolery ('cuz that's what this is). Go here for the story about the power outage.
