So do you remember DJ K-Sly? Well she's got a new entry to the music game on some innovative stuff; check out the details below:

She (DJ K-Sly) has teamed up with Drop Squad to release their latest collaboration of remixes featuring the legendary artists Outkast. The mix tape, titled DJ K-SLY & DROP SQUAD presents "THE OUTKASTS," consists of 16 explosive tracks, which entail the use of Outkast vocals while, either sampling, looping, or creating a whole new beat; all inspired by music from legendary artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley, The Eagles and more!

You might recognize DJ K-Sly previously as the fun-loving feisty voice on Los Angeles' 100.3 The Beat and is now the host for Sprint Mobile Radio's "The 10 Spot" and on Sirius 40 for "Violator Radio." Drop Squad is a team of powerhouse producers based out of LA led by the Trio Ish, Dame and Daniel.

Thurzday told me last week that this was the pick...so here it is. I sense a bit of connection between this song and the lives of UNI (I could be wrong, but I'm smart so I doubt it). But ATLiens was classic and showed the growth of Outkast from 1st album to 2nd album, and to me A Love Supreme is the same for UNI and their fans. And you know like I know...folks don't listen to lyrics anymore but listen to the words of Elevators and see if you hear what I hear.
