Located in West Hollywood, this spot has 19 units of living space and is located adjacent to the landmark of Rudolf Schindler’s Kings Road House.  I've noticed alot of interesting buildings popping up in West Hollywood but I'm not sure if that's the area I'm looking to live in.  But I am feeling this spot.  For more info go here.

EAZEE LIVING - MOSAIC APARTMENTS

So nestled in Downtown L.A. at 888 N. Alameda Street, not to far from the Union Station is the Mosaic Apartment complex. Featuring things like granite countertops, hardwood floors, private balconies, patios and walk in closets for the actual units it looks to be a fancy little dwelling not far from a historic landmark that can get you in and out of the city. This could be an ideal residence if you travel by train. The complex itself also features a 24 hour fitness center, pool, spa, internet cafe with a coffee bar, conference room, screening room, landscaped courtyard with a waterfall and a social room with billiards. EAZEE LIVING...

While looking into this place as a new residence (possibly, fingers crossed) I thought of a new feature on the blog. With all the redevelopment going on in L.A. (even though the mortgage and real estate industries are horrid) I thought it would be cool to start featuring some of these new spots on the blog. I mean people are always looking for places to move (especially this summer it seems) so why not show the people some of the flyer things in life. I will say this, my little bro put me up on this spot...and the website didn't offer much detail visually for each individual apartment but the pics of the complex and what my bro told me lead me to believe it's a cool spot. There are several different floorplans but I'm just featuring that one because I think it's for the mid-size apartment. Stay tuned over the next few weeks (maybe even days) for more fly new residencies.
