U'd swear Aja was paying me for all this pub today...anyways over the weekend me and Aj hit up Pink Taco for the first time over in Century City's shopping mall. I didn't know what to expect from the place seeing that the name is PINK TACO (think about that for a sec, lol). I expected Mexican food of course...but with a name like Pink Taco, I knew it wasn't going to be your normal mexican eatery. The menu has many of the traditional entrees but with slight twists here and there. The bar features many tequilas, and they have some good margaritas for like $6.50. The salsas were good...and if you like a kick, request the Diabla Salsa. Since it's named after a taco we decided to order those for our first time. I was satisfied with my carne asada and I dipped in Aja's shrimp taco to get some variety. I'd go back...may even go this weekend on a date, haha. The ambience of the place is cool too...it's like a traditional mexican eatery meets a a rock band theme (think El Cholo meets Ed Hardy). For more details peep the site.
