Jack Threads will launch a series of “Fash-Up” collaborations tonight for Bonnaroo. One of the joint efforts will be a sneaker from Big Boi and Android Homme. Specifically, both sides collaborated on an exclusive version of their Propulsion Hi-Top, which is influenced by Big Boi’s track “General Patton” off of the Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty. The makeup features a plethora of earthly tones such as beige, green, red and black on the upper, while a white sole compliments the entire upper. Lastly, the words, “Big Boi” and “Jack Threads” appear on the insole of each shoe. - Nice Kicks

I really dig what AMP Energy Drink is doing virally with their videos...I showed you the clip where they sat with the homie Mega and got the backstory on Black Scale.  Well this time around they are with the homie Javier Laval as he talks about his line Android Homme.  Javier has been making some impressive strides with his line in just a year, I salute you fam...keep it going.

Android Homme lets us see the new colors for their Jet Pack 2's.  A "Mercury" and a "Horizon" colorway.  They also debut a Space Deck model which is a casual mocassin look.  Pretty clean looking.  Check the website and get yours.

ANDROID HOMME - PROPULSION II SPRING 2010

 

My boy Javier drops another goodie to the masses with the successful Propulsion II shoe.  The spring colorway is  actually called Zinc Metal and is limited to 200 pairs.  The shoe has a full grain leather upper with pigskin lining and embossed ankle strap.  The shoe also has waxed laces.  You can cop a pair right here.

Black Scale and Android Homme hook up for a collaborative sneaker and jacket.  I showed a sneak preview of the black sneaker awhile back.  Now you get to see all they're working with.  Both sneakers are simple in design but with enough subtle detail to turn heads.  The jacket is pretty official as well.  Both feature tags with both logos on them.  Check the video for the collab as well.
