2NITE: H.O.P.E. x HYDE LOUNGE

Kick off your Halloween weekend with the Finale of the most talked about Friday night in Los Angeles for two years now, Hyde's Love/Hate Fridays presented by JL & The Collective.  Special guest DJ's are lined up and they will also be celebrating the release of H.O.P.E.'s "Sincere: the NaSTape" mixtape.  Should be a good time so fall through, but early arrival is a super MUST tonight.  Should be crazy.  Oh yeah, flyer by me.

EAZEE'S "ADVENTURES w/ the iPHONE" f. EL PREZ & MORE (VIDEO)

So here's a new series from me...with this iPhone 4 I can pretty much do anything in life besides cure cancer and deliver world peace.  On my last few adventures I've taken some footage with the phone and edited with iMovie HD.  It's an Apple thing.  Anyways the very first adventure caught El Prez rocking Crazy Girls Strip Club in Hollywood last week.  Also on the bill was Alexander Spit and the 87 Stick Up Kids.  It was packed house and the strippers had no problems dancing on stage with the acts.  Here is a quick montage as well as a world premiere of "Posted" by the TreeHouse Club (prod. Jansport J).  Couldn't get the whole show because we weren't sure about video in a strip club.  But I think I got some good stuff.

LA'S FINEST PROMO VIDEO (BEHIND THE SCENES)

The good folks from L.A.'s Finest aka the homies Braden, Chuck and Cameron just dropped the behind the scenes of their promotional photo shoot.  You may have heard of L.A.'s Finest from a few of the big Hollywood Nightclubs they do as well as the pool party we just did together called #TheWave.  If you didn't know they're more than club promoters, they also handle management and specialize in Business, Entertainment and Lifestyle.  They're on the move so keep an eye out.  Cameo by the Glam Girls.  When the pics are ready I'll show you those too, as well as keep you up to date with their ventures.

LAKER GAME 7 EVENT on SUNSET presented by THE ORIGINATORS

Free appetizers, $5 drinks and the Lakers...oh I hear there are giveaways as well by the Originators.  If you're still trying to decide where to go to watch the game...this is a GOOD option.

XZIBIT'S PHENOM RELEASE PARTY (VIDEO)

Xzibit celebrated the release of his new single in video not too long ago in Los Angeles at Bar Delux.  Young De and Kurupt came through, DJ Fingaz killed the 1's and 2's and there were plenty of cool people and eye candy in attendance.  To get an idea of it check out the video.  Shouts to Cashmere.

COMMON'S JUST WRIGHT PREMIER PARTY (PHOTO RECAP)

A couple photos from the fly event that the homies Javier Laval and Jerry Lorenzo put on with the help of my boys of Premier Ent and LivElevated.  Common enjoyed the party enough to do a freestyle right from his VIP area, Big Sean, Pac Div, Ibn Jasper, El Prez, Chris Focus and plenty of BEAUTIFUL women were in full effect.  If you missed it...well yeah that's all I can say, you missed it.

THE LIPSTICK DIARIES x DJ SHIVA MIXTAPE RELEASE PARTY (PHOTO RECAP)

I journeyed over to the House of Blues on Friday night after a meeting to check out my girls from The Lipstick Diaries, Kymby and Pauline for their event in the Foundation Room.  The event was a mixtape release for DJ Shiva.  It was good intimate time as folks danced the night away to some classic hip hop.  Fashion folks, models and photographers were in the house for a good time.  Shouts to DJ Spintelect and Klash as well.  Photos by Brando, you can see the rest here.

FUSION FRIDAYS w/ WALLET GREEN, SOMAYA REECE, 1500 OR NOTHIN' & URBAN INK MODEL JASMINE MONROE

Celebrations for a few people you have seen in the streets of Los Angeles.  Somaya Reece makes a cover, Mars from 1500 is going away, and Wallet Green & Jasmine Monroe are celebrating their dates of birth.  So if you're looking for something to do on a Friday...this would be a good idea.

NEW VENUES: ANGELS & KINGS

A new spot over on 1708 N. Las Palmas Ave brought to you by the Dolce Group.  Not their typical hangout with expensive drinks, needing to know the doorman and bottle service requirement if you think you're going to have a"Guys Night Out"...this is more of a bar bar...cheap beers ($3) and well drinks ($5).  They also have Vodka-Marinated Beef Tips and Homemade Chips.  If you want to know more check out the site.

2NITE: HAPPY B'DAY FARRAH FRANKLIN

My beautiful lady friend Farrah Franklin will be celebrating one of her many bday celebrations tonight in  Hollywood at Kress.  If u have a plug...be there.

NEW VENUES: DRAI'S HOLLYWOOD

Well if you've been to Vegas in the last decade then you've been told to check out Drai's for partying (whether during normal or afterhours) so you know how it goes.  Well now Drai's is expanding to Los Angeles and it pops up at the new W in Hollywood, opens Thursday actually.  So now we can get a bit of Vegas in Hollywood...might want to book a room at the W if that's the case.  The venue isn't accessible from the W per say either...a corridor near the Hollywood and Vine subway stop has an undercover elevator with a choice of two floors: 1 & 12.  So on the W rooftop covering over 20,000 square feet you'll find Drai's Hollywood.  Poolside cabanas for the daytime action as well as dining.  There are half moon booths facing a dance floor.  Oh those cabanas can get curtain drawn bottle service after dark.  The spot stays open until 3am...do the math.  Let's say this will be one of the biggest summer spots this year (and beyond).  Want to learn more...go HERE.

NEW VENUES: LA VIDA (HOLLYWOOD)

This Mediterranean spot won't be open until the 16th but if you're looking for a nice spot that many haven't been to you can impress your date on Valentine's Day by getting a reservation here.  She'll love you for taking her to a place that's not open to the public, show's you know how to treat a girl special.  Brought to you by the Sunset Entertainment Group (Cabana Club, The Green Door).  They open at lunch and have things like a Sonoma Lamb Burger with Cucumber Yogurt Dressing or even the "box lunch" which gives you two salads, entree, dessert, soup and bottled water all for $15.  A studio badge will give you 20% off of happy hour or lunch for the rest of this month.
