I may not have mentioned in the midst of all these posts dropping, but I'm on the road to Las Vegas for the summer edition of the MAGIC tradeshow.  I'll be checking out MAGIC, Project and SLATE as it stands right now.  Talk to ya'll soon...some posts may be slow tomorrow and a couple days after...but you'll be getting as many posts as I can get up while I'm working.

NEW VENUES: DRAI'S HOLLYWOOD

Well if you've been to Vegas in the last decade then you've been told to check out Drai's for partying (whether during normal or afterhours) so you know how it goes.  Well now Drai's is expanding to Los Angeles and it pops up at the new W in Hollywood, opens Thursday actually.  So now we can get a bit of Vegas in Hollywood...might want to book a room at the W if that's the case.  The venue isn't accessible from the W per say either...a corridor near the Hollywood and Vine subway stop has an undercover elevator with a choice of two floors: 1 & 12.  So on the W rooftop covering over 20,000 square feet you'll find Drai's Hollywood.  Poolside cabanas for the daytime action as well as dining.  There are half moon booths facing a dance floor.  Oh those cabanas can get curtain drawn bottle service after dark.  The spot stays open until 3am...do the math.  Let's say this will be one of the biggest summer spots this year (and beyond).  Want to learn more...go HERE.

In Vegas the Crooks crew debuted some of their new footwear that will drop in the Fall.  I'm with a number of the styles I see...and I'm not really into buying shoes that aren't Nike, but things may be changing in 2010.  Take a peek and get ready for the Fall.

T-PAIN vs JAY-Z???

I think T-Pain needs some attention...I heard about this as it transpired Sunday via Fabolous' twitter as well as a load of friends who were at Rehab in Las Vegas as well. T-Pain just rocked on stage with Jay as he performed DOA now 'Pain wants to stir up some ruckus. T-Pain has made his mark in hip hop (for better or for worse) but not bigger than Jay...so SIT DOWN SOMEWHERE!!!

SUNDAY EVENT IN LAS VEGAS for LOS ANGELES RESIDENTS at WET REPUBLIC

Sunday if you trying to hit a dope Pool Party in Vegas but live in LA and don't feel like making that drive, flight or having to be there all weekend...well you can hop on this shuttle Sunday, drink on the way out there, get into Wet Republic, party there, then hop back on the shuttle, pass out and be back in LA in time to hop in your own bed, wake up and go to work Monday. A shuttle takes you from LA to Vegas just in time for the Sunday pool party at Wet Republic.
