SEAN ROSE + GILBERE FORTE - SMMERTME + SUNSHNE + NGHTFALL (MUSIC DOWNLOAD)

Since this was brought to my attention via C'est La Vie, i'll let them tell it:

Philadelphia rapper Gilbere Forte' and Sean Rose, who reps Las Vegas, have put together an incredible EP that captures the energy and hope that the summer season brings. Aptly named "SMMERTME + SUNSHNE + NIGHTFALL", this collaboration has already created a buzz with the track "Here We Go Again" which allows listeners to mellow out to a hook of soothing vocals while taking in the creative flows of Forte' and Rose.

Keep up with the duo here.

SEAN ROSE - ROSE TO THE OCCASION (EP DOWNLOAD)

Some music from another west coast emcee, some of ya'll try to forget that Las Vegas is west coast though ya'll are out there every other weekend...

Rose to the Occasion is a representation of a person with a dream, that has enough ambition to make that dream come to Fruition. When you have your eyes on the gold nothing can stand in your way!!!

The EP also features a song that was featured on Nike.com as part of their "More Than Style" feature on their West Coast Maverick, Samantha Jo Alonso. - Ray of C'Est LaVie

HBIC: MY LOVELY LADY FRIENDS in PREMIUM PLUS MAGAZINE

So awhile back I told you about a shoot involving some pals of mine: Amy of C'est La Vie and Bri & Desi of Weekend Warriors, along with Aja on the make-up masterpiecing. Well the article is now live on the nets and it's a dope feature. It was a lil hard at first to ready with my pals Bri & Desi in these minor clothing pieces...mainly because I'm not used to it. But I got over it and read through it. The photography is dope, the interviews were good as well. So if you haven't seen these boss chicks then go here and learn about em, FAST. Love ya'll keep it up ladies. PS: Bri those were I think the only AJ IX's I couldn't get my hands on... :\

LOCAL SPOTLIGHT - ARICKA X C'EST LA VIE: QUCK FIX MAGAZINE

So I was checking out C'est La Vie's quick fix magazine online and I noticed it was DOPE, and then as i continued 'flipping' through it I noticed the homie Aricka (up top) was modeling for some of the shoots, and she made the cover. So I had to post it so you could see her and two so you can check out the dope magazine C'est La Vie did. Whattup Amy? Whattup Ray?

SEAN ROSE f. JANET - CELEBRATION

The homie Ray from C'est La Vie sent this to my inbox and Ray & Amy are always on top of the new ish. They have pretty good taste so I'm going to trust this is good music before I even take a listen. But I'm definitely going to add this to the new music I need to sit down with and listen too...I'm getting so much at times I have to take a timeout to actually enjoy it. Almost like when you cook meals...you're surrounded by food so much you sometimes never get to eat what you make for the people. Anyways check out Sean Rose and his new track Celebration. Features Janet and the artwork above is by Ray. Enjoy.

C'EST LA VIE & THE LIPSTICK DIARIES x WEEKEND WARRIORS x AJA (MY GIRLS)

So my best friend Aja did a makeup job for a photoshoot for an upcoming feature on some of the dope female bloggers/fashion forward "bawses" this side of the coast. The photoshoot features ladies from C'est La Vie, The Lipstick Diaries and my lady pals of Weekend Warriors. I heard it was fun (of course Aja tells me last minute I should've come by) and Preston created some ill visuals. As I twittered before I'm very protective of Aja, Desi & Bri...so don't get any ideas after looking at these pics. I don't know what to do about this new 'sexy' looks Bri & Desi been talkin' about lately, but they my people so I support. Get em girls...haha.
