2 PAC x VIBE: LOST INTERVIEW pt. 2

Here is part two of that interview that Vibe found tucked away in the vaults. Pac touches on being shot at Quad Studios, his influence on B.I.G. (which is what makes him the greatest) and randomly New York pizza. Hey Pac was the dude who could touch on multiple subjects in one timeline and he held the same amount of attention that whole time. Enjoy.

HAPPY BDAY - NOTORIOUS BIG

The King of NY at one time, a prominent emcee with undeniable charisma and one of the greatest.  As we all know in March his life was taken way too soon and before any of us could see his full potential.  Murdered in our city, for who knows what.  But we all know that story, today we celebrate his bday and in that we remember his legacy and contribution to hip hop.  If you have BIG tracks play them as a way to celebrate.  Peace.

RIP Johnny J (2 Pac Producer)

Johnny J allegedly committed suicide last Friday in jail. I don't know the story which can be found here, at AllHipHop.com seems a tad faulty. Johnny J produced a slew of songs for Tupac throughout his career, before and after death. One of his biggest was How Do You Want It...but if you knew Pac, you should know Johnny J. Check his catalogue if you don't.

U-N-I x Public Enemy x Ghostface x Sneakerpimps

So they changed the venue from Crash Mansion to Element at the last minute and what resulted was a LOT of dysfunction (ask Shake & Meka about it). But UNI rocked with their usual flair and energy backed up by their band Me & Them. Scheduling conflicts and miscommunication left many fans outside for most of the night but those that got in to see their beloved groups had a grand time. Public Enemy rocked out, but because of the confusion I was too tired to stay & watch Ghostface. Chuck D had on his exclusive Obey x Public Enemy colorway and Flava Flav came in with his ice game HEAVY (look above). I have a question now...are acts like Public Enemy allowed to wear "ICE"??? Enjoy, more pics on the myspace...
