If you didn't know the homies from 2dopeboyz just did an event down in Miami for Co$$, Blu & Sene with Last Rights.  I posted a video recap yesterday.  As far as this clip I'll let Meka explain:

Live and direct from the dopehouse-sponsored edition of The Rising in Miami. Backstory: after Blu was gearing up to finish his set, I ended up looping the opening chords to my favorite song of his. To my surprise, he jumped right into the song, spur of the moment-style. Props to MannyTheThird for dropping off this footage.

ASHLEY OUTRAGEOUS EXCLUSIVE BEHIND THE SCENES w/ STS (VIDEO)

Not too familiar with STS, but the Ashley did get some footage of the video he was filming with DRE Films while down in Miami.  So we can get to know STS courtesy of my pal Ashley.  I know DRE Films has put some pretty fly visuals so take a peek.

While STS made his way down to Miami this past Thursday to perform at The Rising, he also put in some work! Slim linked up with DRE Films shooting a video for "In For The Kill" off Demand More 2. In this mini sneak peek of the video, I ask DRE what the concept is him & Last Rights came up with for the video.... Im just telling you guys one thing, DRE does his thing, and this video should be pretty tough! - Ashley

J. COLE at LIV in MIAMI (VIDEO)

J. Cole hit Miami to do a show at the infamous LIV.  Footage courtesy of Thrillist, Last Rights and DRE Films.  Check it out...the homie is making moves as he's headed to London now.  Always good to see people succeeding in following their dreams.

SXSW: LAST SHOW w/ LAST RIGHTS (PHOTO RECAP)

Here is a photo recap of the last night of performing that went down in Austin, TX for SXSW.  It went down at the Firehouse Lounge for Day 3 of the Last Rights showcase.  The homies from all over were in effect as Esso from NY did his thing, Grip Plyaz from ATL, Sean Falyon of Philly and of course our hometown reppers El Prez who was accompanied by Chris Focus and DNEZ in TreeHouse Club fashion.  Prez also brought out a surprise guest in Shawn Chrystopher as he kept the set live with "No Snitchin".  The homie Diz Gibran capped off the night by doing noteworthy tracks from Soon You'll Understand" as well as some old Diz and unreleased music.  Special shout out to DJ Printz Paul for being the in-house DJ that night and keeping it moving as well as DJ'ing a LOT of folks sets that he had never DJ'ed for.  It was a good way to cap our stay in Austin, we met a lot of people, took plenty of photos (as these recaps are far from all of them) and lots of video footage (that we're still going through to show you the best quality).  Enjoy what we've shown you so far.  Can't wait till next year.

I met these cats at the MAGIC/SLATE Trade Show in Vegas this past February.  Cool cats, the founder was a character in Cocaine Cowboys and the line definitely has the Miami influence (as they are based their).  The trailer above is fly...they were supposed to send me this back in March...but better late than never right???
