This was for the shoes the three brands did for Black History Month...the three brands in unison honored three athletes for Black History Month.  Their picks: Dr. J, Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant.  It's dope to see Kobe considered a historical athlete while he's still in the prime of his career.  Yes I said prime...he's still the best player on the floor if it's a Laker game.  The videos feature Bun B, Freddie Gibbs and Mick Boogie, enjoy.

An interesting take on the classic shoe...it's always interesting to me how a simple change of colorway can make me rethink if I like a shoe or not.  Can you guess which colorway I think works and which shoe they should take back to the drawing board?

Nike’s World Basketball Festival was the first time we saw Converse, Brand Jordan and Nike come together as one. As part of the Make Something!! Workshops, the teens involved in the design classes had the chance to work with Nike designers to create a memorable moment and product, a hybrid shoe combining elements of all 3 basketball brands into one shoe. A first, and a sign of big things to come.

CONS APRIL 2010 RELEASES - CTS, CTS MID & CTS LO

CONS drops some new CTS's (Chuck Taylor Skate) for the masses.  Though I'm not a big fan of Chucks, they are a staple of Los Angeles lifestyle, and these are pretty damn clean.  The high tops or regular CTS grabbed my attention.  These dropped today at all CONS accounts...get yours.

CO STARS - CONVERSE

I don't wear chucks, converse, etc...but I'll rock these.  They have a definite Blazer style to them, which is probably why I'm feeling them so much.  Foot Locker will be carrying these and I'm curious to see what other colorways will develop out of this look.

DEVI DEV x JADAKISS (HARDKNOCKTV)

Because Devi Dev is in it, Jada loves the city and Devi Dev sent it my way...I'm with it.  So peep it out...appreciate it.  And for all you "West Coast Hip Hop Heads", pay attention to what Jada says about that Kiss my Converse mixtape. You need to know about it.
