NIKE HYPERDUNK & ZOOM KOBE V " ASTON MARTIN DB9" PACK

So I dropped pics of the Hyperdunk that Nike is doing with Aston Martin but come to find out that it's part of a pack that also gives the treatment to the current Kobe shoe: the Air Zoom Kobe V.  I spotted the info over at NiceKicks so head over there to get more details.

So remember when these were first dropping and there was the commercial where Kobe jumped over a pool of snakes?  Well he had the high versions on so that's where these come from.  Yesterday I showed you the Aston Martin ones...inspired by the original Kobe viral ad...basically if it's Nike Basketball this year, then it's Kobe and LeBron, unless it's retro or Jordan Brand related.  Added the video below as a bonus.

NIKE 2009 AIR MAX 90's: THE GOOD THE BAD THE UGLY?

Saw these on High Snobiety and I have a Love/Hate relationship with the Air Max 90s.  So I peeped them out and these 3 were the ones that stood out...the top I think are good because of that clasic look.  The Bad are the second pair...because they could be very bad in a fly way or I may see them in person and go these are bad, as in they SUCK!!!  Now these last ones are absolutely UGLY...it seems they tried to use some sort of Hyperdunk influence...not a good idea if it's not a hoop shoe.  Just my thoughts people (Jay Z voice).

NIKE HOUSE OF HOOPS - LA OPENING

So NIKE's House of Hoops came in town today to the Bev Center...here's the rundown courtesy of Evil Monito:

"...Friday, October 10th, Nike is celebrating the Los Angeles opening of House of Hoops by Foot Locker, a hub for all things basketball and a home for consumers who live and breathe the game. The space, located at the Beverly Center Mall, will feature a hardwood basketball half-court as well as two big screen TV’s for consumers to check out commercials from the Nike, Jordan and Converse brands as well as behind-the scenes-interviews with top players. The basketball haven also gives hoops fanatics access to player exclusive footwear – the personalized performance shoes of Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Lamar Odom, Derek Fisher and Pau Gasol, as well as limited edition styles. The store’s launch products include the Kobe Rice Hyperdunk, to be released on Friday, October 10th, and the Tony Parker Hyperdunk, complete with EA Sports NBA Live 09 in either Xbox or PS3 format, to be released on Saturday, October 11th. Images of both shoes, as well as images of the space, are attached. Friday’s launch event is open to the public and will take place from 5:30 - 8:30PM and will feature special athlete and celebrity appearances as well as a performance by hip-hop artist Ice Cube."

KOBE X MARTY MCFLY X UNDFTD

So the UNDFTD in Santa Monica will be releasing those sought after Nike Hyperdunks: Marty McFly editions at 4PM...i need one of my chicks to get a lawn chair and get acquainted for me while i bring in the bucks, lol. Now the bonus to these kicks are they glow in the dark (no Kanye) and there will be a special UNDFTD tee commemorating Mr. Bryant's MVP season. SHAQ is crying right now...listen.
