TREVOR ARIZA...officially A NEW ORLEANS HORNET

Don't know what this does for the Hornets overall, but local product Ariza is now a part of that team.  Done in a 4 team trade and hoping this will keep Chris Paul in place...I hope it works out.  It sucks that just when he thought he was a part of something in a place he chose to go, he gets booted to a team that did worse than they did.  I won't mind seeing CP3 throw lobs to him though...

LOS ANGELES LAKERS UPDATES : LAKERS FOLD HORNETS

No Chris Paul to give the right excitement but it was a homecoming for PG's Darren Collison & Bobby Brown (though he never really passes when he plays against the Lake Show).  Darren Collison attempted to show out against his former UCLA teammate Jordan Farmar by dropping 20pts and Bobby Brown attempted to embarrass Jordan Farmar 1 on 1, I guess trying to prove that he is a better PG than Jordan and should've been drafted.  What the Hornets didn't have however were answers for Bynum, Kobe, Artest, Pau, and the rest of the Lakers.

LOS ANGELES LAKERS UPDATES 104-88 W over NOH

So the Lakers did their thing against the Hornets while I was at the Jay Z concert.  Jay was even at the game before he appeared at UCLA to do his thing.  Jordan Farmar returned to his college stomping ground after the game to check out Jay-Z.  Though we gave it to the Hornets, Chris Paul is still my favorite PG in the NBA.  Tonight he and the Hornets take on the Clippers.  Oh yeah Baron Davis was at the show last night.  Maybe he'll be inspired for tonight.  In last night's game Kobe dropped 28, 26 of those in the 1st half.

THE LOS ANGELES LAKERS = 7-0

I just wanted to celebrate the fact that my squad is SEVEN & OOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
They were beating the Hornets tail but then my favorite PG (Chris Paul) in the NBA closed that gap.  But then Kobe hit a 3 in Posey's face (prolly still bitter from Posey contributing to that Laker ass whooping in the Finals) and things went back to normal.  OH, and the HATER bandwagon is the size of a bullet train these days.  Oh well, keep it up LAKE SHOW.
