This looks to be as good as Thurz and YO had been explaining to me when it was being shot. I wasn't able to be in or get any BTS footage of this video because we were filming Floss Angeles that same weekend. APLUS FILMZ is behind this one, and if you didn't know this is a track off of A Love Supreme. When they played this song for me ages ago I knew this needed a video. Be ready for when this drops.

UNI x CHRIS FOCUS x EAZEE STREET x DWB x ZANZIBAR

The homie Drew shot over some footage he took from the Eazee Street x DWB 1 Year event.  UNI and HOPE run through the Cali Soul joint and below that Faahz lends the beatbox to Thurz & Y-O's freestyle segment (always dope).  Next up is Chris Focus' party track, Get Loose which is actually produced by Dale Danja and flips the MGMT track Electric Feel.  Last video is a nice on the spot freestyle by Chris leading into Bop Like This 2.0 (prod by Jason Madison).  It was a great night with some great performances that people were talking about for days and was all over Twitter once it was over.  Check them out and thanks again to Drew for the continued support and footage.

After the 1 Year Event last night I was hanging out with Faahz, Vanessa & Thurzday and we were talking about random things in L.A. like the old gangsta rap concerts and classic gangsta rap songs...and somehow Kurupt at Grand Ave came up, c-walking battles, and the all time classic We Can Freak It...so through that conversation you get this classic song/video for your Throwback Thurzday (A Love Supreme out now... www.yothurz.com).  Peep it out.

So yesterday I hit you with DeviDev's EPK put together by DRG Films. Well they came right back with one for the homie Faahz. If you haven't see Faahz beatbox live during a UNI set, you have failed as a hip hop fan (real talk) and need to change that before this summer.
