While he was in London, West Coast veteran B-Real had an interview in which he speaks on Drake and then on auto-tune and it's origins in hip hop.  Props to Amaru Don for the footage.

ICON - BOSS IN THE BUILDIN' (SHORT FILM)

Icon presents another short film to one of his tracks...this one is called "Boss In The Buildin'" and looks like a day in the life with him in Las Vegas.  I know one thing, Icon in both of these short films has been rocking some packed venues as well as some very upscale venues.  Emcees may want to take notes.  For now though just peep the video.

TREK LIFE x TAKINGYOUOVER x LA STEREO TV (VIDEO)

So Jasmin (TakingYouOver) & I went to Trek Life's album listening party. The performance was very energetic. The whole West Cov was on board: J Bizness, Jansport J, Hawdwerk + Basicali, Tommy Blak, etc. We then interviewed the man himself and were able to admire Jansport J's natural ability as a host. Trek Life goes in deep about his album, mad tour stories, Soulja Boy, how & why he got into the game, his relationship with producers Oddisse & J Biz, etc. Basically you get to spend ten minutes with the West Cov legend himself. LOS ANGELES LAKERS UPDATES : THE REPLACEMENTS...SORTA

With the exits of Farmar, Powell and possibly an early retirement by Luke Walton the Lakers had to reload.  I showed you they got Steve Blake, but with Farmar definitely joining the Nets I had to post Steve up again.  With Luke on the mend and wanting to strengthen the perimeter D we grabbed Matt Barnes...thank Kobe for that too.  If Luke can't really do much this season Matt Barnes will help us forget Luke's not there.  Theo Ratliff replaced Powell but there is no photo for him.  So deal with it...

NIKE AIR DIAMOND TURF "BLACK/DEEP EMERALD"

I know the OG's just dropped like 2 weeks ago...but with no warning these are just available???  WTF??? The only thing I don't like is the logo on the back tongue...where is the field goal post planted in the homebase between the 21 and 24???  Oh well, I always liked this color way.  $105 is the overhead damage...select stores only so call around.

EAZEE LIVING: 1010 WILSHIRE

So since I'm here pretty much I figured what better way to bring back Eazee Living then with this building here.  A plush residence that comes with everything...the place is furnished, the architecture is modern and it feels like you live in a hotel permanently.  They offer field trips for residents as well as countless events for them on the rooftop.  A gym on the roof right across from the pool and jacuzzi.  Grills so you can BBQ while your guests swim.  There is a happy hour with complementary drinks, big screens to watch games in the cabanas on the roof.  Spectacular views of downtown LA's skyline including the Staples Center, as well as the city of Los Angeles.  Not only from the roof but from the living spaces.  It's a great place to really push that Los Angeles lifestyle.  So next time I twitter about I'm going swimming and I invite you...maybe you'll hit me back.  If you want to see and learn more about 1010 Wilshire you probably want to go here.  Oh sidenote, Diddy has already thrown a party up on the roof...the only other non-resident to do so was ME, lol.  From what I hear there are no vacancies as of right now but I'm trying to snatch one of so.
