Kobe Bryant x Hublot King Power Black Mamba Chronograph

Mama, there goes that man. Kobe seems to be racking up more ambassador positions as he nears the end of his career. I mean we all know about his airline ambassadorship, but now we hear about this thing with Hublot. Details below:

Hublot continues to add to its already considerable roster of brand ambassadors with the announcement of Kobe Bryant as its newest partner. To commemorate the partnership, Hublot has unveiled the Kobe Bryant x Hublot King Power Black Mamba Chronograph Watch – a luxurious, limited edition timepiece truly befitting of a man of Bryant’s caliber. Done up in all black with purple and gold accents, the watch features a HUB 4248 automatic chronograph movement inside a 48mm ceramic case with titanium and resin composites, a skeletonized dial, gold hands and indices with black Superluminova, and a black Python snakeskin strap with rubber backing. The watch will be available exclusively at select Hublot boutiques. - Hypebeast

CRIPS & BLOODS - MADE IN AMERICA by STACY PERALTA

Like i said, I cover all aspects of the city. Shoes, clubs, fast cars, fashion and music are a big part of our lifestyle and contribution to the world, but we are also a major influence in the gang culture. It may not be the best lifestyle, but it is something we heavily contributed to mainstream culture as it has influenced music, fashion and slang across the nation and even the world. So I was surfing HypeBeast the other day and saw some of those images and realized, damn I grew up over there, so of course I took interest in finding out more:
Stacy Peralta known for his involvement in the skate culture and directorial involvement for Dogtown & Z-Boys delves into Los Angeles gang culture to document it. Baron Davis (of the Clippers) and Steve Luczo handle production while Forest Whitaker takes the narrative duties to bring you a gritty look into lifestyle and its impact. Showing between February 6-12 at the Laemmle's Sunset 5 in Hollywood and a couple dates in NY this is worth going to check out. For more info go to www.MadeInAmericaTheMovie.com

Nike Blazer Tonal Lux Collection

Spotted this on Hypebeast, the Tonal Lux Collection at the moment looks to offer Blazer Low's in consistent tone on the midsole and upper and has velcro straps while the high uses one color for the upper and gleaming white midsole. However the swoosh is subtle with the perforated outline. These are rumored to be Tier 0 releases so get your contacts ready. More info should be released closer to release.

Reed Space x FILA "Grant Hill 1996

So Reed Space got together with Staple and FILA and resurrected these classics for all to cop.  The CMYK colorway and the Knicks colorway isn't my forte...but the original colorway brings back memories of 1996.  That was a good year for shoes: Penny 1, Patent Leather Jordans, Grant Hills, Allen Iverson's Questions....man.  Get the detailed story from Hypebeast...

So as part of their website relaunch on October 26th RoyaleFam is dropping these Dunks pictured above. These are customized to the extreme and have a heavy war theme. The amount of meticulous detail has me kinda interested in these kicks...just not sold on the zipper lacings system...but I may be able to get over that. The website relaunch will go down at 10pm EST. Spotted these over at Hypebeast.

Flight Club Animal Pack

What's in a name? Well in basketball it usually symbolizes more...anyone who has name recognition especially a nickname is usually one of the greater players who evokes some kind of respect, hate, love or even fear...if someone tells u to cover "Kobe", it's prolly not the assignment you were looking forward to.  Or if someone describes you as the Black Mamba, you probably don't want to get them riled up.  Well Flight Club is paying homage to some of those players with their new animal pack.  Check it out then check out Flight Club if u feeling any of these pieces.
