Now I really wasn't feeling the whole nylon kicks thing in general...but after seeing this pair, I MAY have to rethink that idea.  These look exceptionally clean with the white and grey, and the small purple/pink accents.  I think I may have to cop these (my wish list grows).

The LMU show will also feature other acts you've seen here like the Language Artz Crew, the homie TiRon, and the other homie H.O.P.E. LA STAND UP!!!

AIR JORDANS | GOOD DECISION/BAD DECISION

So Brand Jordan continues on this hit and miss ish...I mean the idea of the Air Jordan VII Hares recreated as an Air Jordan 1...I'm with that.  But seeing that my Flint Grey/Blue AJ XIII's were my f'in favs out of the XIII series...to see them abominated and thrown in the 6 Rings model makes me SICK!!!! But maybe someone will like these...SMH.

RIP EAZY E

Eazy E as we all know was a pioneer and legendary icon in hip hop. Part of the reason NWA came to be which has put a heavy influence in the rap game, PERIOD. Dying an unexpected death as victim of AIDS (which some don't even think it was), Eazy left even that much more of a mark as a nation took heed of a problem in our communities that was as horrifying as the gang violence; HIV/AIDS. Representing Compton to the fullest and introducing that city to the world, he also was one of the first hip hop executives and discovered mega-group (at the time) BONE Thugs N Harmony. Because (without any details) my nickname was derived from this man, and because he is a historic figure in the Los Angeles culture (especially hip hop), I have to pay homage. RIP Eric Wright...salute!!!

THROWBACK THURZDAYS - 2 for 1

So since Thurzday was busy at SXSW last week he didn't give us a throwback...so he said let's post 2 on 'em. I'm all for it...so we give you: Street Dreams by Nas (one of my favorites) and Paparazzi by Xzibit (is that a Nautica jacket?).
