I can't lie, I've really been digging his song Drug Dealer Girl after seeing him perform at the Roxy with Big Sean & Shawn Chrystopher. If I'm correct this footage from my FCC fam Hip Hop Official filmed this when we were all at the Roxy for the show. Check it out.
Another look at what The Hundreds are offering in their Winter Collection this year. If you want to see more you know you can go here. These pieces drop today, so head to your local Hundreds retailer.
Fresh off DJ Enuff's (as in Heavy Hitters) website, I see they interviewed the homie Shawn Chrys. So check out this video, and as you can see the east coast knows that LA/Inglewood is in the house. Enjoy.

Almost forgot...but without further adieu, here is the Throwback pick courtesy of Thurzday. This is before Earl started going on a fail/losing spree in life. This was one of the dudes to make that raw music acceptable in the mainstream considering Bad Boy was making huge imprints on hip hop...I mean Ma$e was another new artist at the time and he was THE MAN, like it or not. Shoutouts to Thurzday & YO as they will hit the road with Warren G for a tour throughout the US. Proud of my fam UNI, keep it up ya'll.
Some tracks from 50's forthcoming album Before I Self Destruct album hit the nets and both of them are really good. Actually the whole album (supposedly) leaked but I'm keeping that one to myself, sorry. I decided to put up the one with Eminem because them going back and forth made my day (yesterday and today). Also go here and see his interview with BBC about the new book.
They dropped one last year at this time featuring Notorious B.I.G. blends...so it's only right they follow up with one for 2 Pac this year. Check it out, presented by Rocksmith, Flud, ThisIs50 and RadioPlanet.TV
Since the new thing in Los Angeles seems to be jumping on this dudes bandwagon I figured some of ya'll would approve of this post. This is actually one of the few tracks by Gucci that I enjoy and Jadakiss absolutely killed this remix...Wayne did well but I know you've heard the verse on his mixtape track Wasted off of his upcoming mixtape (or is it out) No Ceilings. Party Party Party to this version now...
Nothing you can do to see these locally unless you have the right connect but this whole thing is interesting. Here is the info below I found on HighSnobiety. You can go there as well to see even more images.

J. Cole drops some new audio for the internets...you know the drill. Download and enjoy.
Game drops his new single for his forthcoming album R.E.D. with everyone's new favorite rapper Gucci Mane (smh) as well as Timbaland. Interesting collabo that could very well pay off as far as the appeal to the mainstream market, but with enough grit to still attract the core fans of Game & Gucci. But for now, I'm bumping this 50 Cent Before I Self Destruct LB right now. Ya'll can enjoy this.
As you know NahRight & OnSmash had a showcase for the CMJ event and OnSmash has plenty of video for you to see...but since I've been really digging some of the stuff Curren$y has dropped lately I decided to post his video...there were no LA artists on the bill...Wiz Khalifa even appeared to perform one of the tracks I dig off of their How Fly project. Enjoy.
Here is some footage via Spiff TV and Maybach Films brings you a small recap of Rick Ross and Triple C's time in LA. As you know when things happen out here I try to keep you up on it. As you'll see they caught up with Mack 10 and Game as well as repped Diamond and Crooks & Castles hard. Check it out. Don't forget to check them chilling with me, Broccoli City & Skeme as part of our 2x2 Series
Clae offers a new colorway for the popular Kennedy model. Read below to find out why and what this has to do with Stussy via HighSnobiety:
To celebrate the season-long Clae shop-in-shop at Stussy’s LA chapter store, Clae created an exclusive deep navy and caramel colorway of their popular Kennedy model. The Stussy LA edition features a 12oz. canvas upper with full-grain leather piping, cotton gingham lining and a cream rubber sole. Overall 100 pairs were produced – 24 pairs will be available at clae.com, 12 pairs at Stussy DC, and the rest at Stussy LA. Release is set for Friday, November 6, 2009 at all locations.
I dropped the audio the other day so here is some video footage of Shawn. Ironically nothing was posted yesterday because of my adventures yesterday with Shawn Chrys. More details on that coming soon, for now tho... enjoy.
Evidence and Toki Wright explain the rules of touring, you know living life on the road. Enjoy.
You've seen me post KRINK touched shoes and things but this is a good look for the artist...as you can see he's added his touch to a Mini Cooper S. I think it's dope and innovative that this car company in particular would do this. This is something I'd expect Scion to do but nonetheless I think this is dope. They are having shows for it but unless you're in Europe it won't matter to you.
There has been several of these behind the scenes but this is supposedly the official, and since I've had the song in heavy rotation it's only right I let more info on it breathe. Check it out.
Part 3 of the series with J. Cole. In this clip he talks about Twitter and the power and impact of it with fans. Enjoy.
Dale Danja hits Hip Hop Official with a live performance of his track Eighty's Baby. Check it out.
If you didn't know I'll tell you or remind you in case you forgot...the person who puts these cyphers that you all talk about after the awards is a friend of mine from LA. She works hard every year to balance the coonery on the stage and in the audience by placing a variety of rappers that still can represent the art of hip hop. She did a dope job this year as they were able to pull off Eminem (nuff said) and more. She fights hard to get Cali representation but the powers that be think we have nothing popping over here. Luckily we were able to get Nipsey to represent...and did he. Anyways here are all 3 of the cyphers featuring the likes of KRS One, Nicki Minaj, Black Thought, Mos Def, Joe Budden, Wale, Buckshot and more. Enjoy...we're working on an LA takeover for next year.

BCTV X EAZEEST: 2 X 2 TRIPLE C's X THE GAME X RICK ROSS x SKEME from Broccolicity TV on Vimeo.
So last Friday Skeme, Broccoli City and I went to the set of Triple C's video with The Game and caught up with Rick Ross, Triple C's and The Game to talk about the collab, the album (IN STORES NOW), Rick Ross' collab with Diamond Supply Co. and more. Check it out. More 2x2's coming soon too...shouts to Rick Ross and Triple C's for inviting us down and chilling with us. Props to Jay Rock, my boy Eastwood, Menace and my man Geter.
New mixtape from Watts' own Glasses Malone. Nightmare on Seven Street features guest appearances from Snoop Dogg, Bow Wow, Xzibit, Jay Rock, YG Soprano & London and more. Tracklisting below:
I'm dropping this since I've dropped his video with Snoop Dogg as well as the Behind the Scenes. He hails from Toronto but since he has features from folks we support at Eazee Street, namely Snoop & Drake I figured we could offer some shine to an artist not of the Los Angeles scene. Check it out if you like. As a bonus I'm dropping the single with Snoop with no DJ.
STIX sent this to me last night while I was in motion in these streets, but I'm here now and my man deserves his post. He gives props to myself and other hip hop sites that he feels are helping to keep pushing Hip Hop. Check it out, WATTS UP!!!
A random combo to me, unexpected so i felt it was a good reason to share it. I know many of ya'll are fans of Mike Epps. Check it out. Mike Epps album "Funny Bidness" in stores now and Olivia's new single "Take It Off" available for download now.
And here is the Chris Brown video in it's entirety.
The Clipse on KUBE 93's Sound Session from DJ Hyphen on Vimeo.
We talked extensively about their upcoming Till The Casket Drops album (…and if the crackers are playing more fair this time around), including breakdowns of their singles with Kanye West,Cam’ron and Pharrell. They also looked back on their past work, detailed the success of their Play Cloths fashion line, doled out advice to younger artists, and much more.
Via HighSnobiety: "The puppet character Lil Dez from the Kobe/Lebron MVPuppets commercials gets his own signature Big Nike. The sneaker features an all-red leather upper, speckled outsole, Lil Dez character tongue, and a handwritten-style “Congrats Kobe” on the outer wing, while the namesake heel logo is replaced with LIL DEZ. Drops today -October 27, 2009 at House of Hoops locations, as well as at Proper."
The Hundreds are dropping their winter collection so here is a preview of what's available. Here's the description of this shoot:
“The theme of the shoot was contrasting the neighboring sectors of the Tenderloin District and Union Square in SF. Just mere blocks from each other, but worlds apart.”
