I've enjoyed two of the leaks from this tape, and Blocka is one of my favorite songs right now. A third leak happened recently but I overlooked it so I could hear this mixtape in it's entirety. I've always been a fan of Pusha and ya'll know that from my Clipse posts. Hell, I even did a best of 2009 with the duo. Anyways, hit the jump to catch the tracklist and download link.

If for some reason you weren't aware, Kendrick Lamar was Saturday Night Live the other night as the musical guest. Kendrick performed his platinum single "Swimming Pools" as well as "Poetic Justice", another popular song from his debut album good kid, m.A.A.d city. But Kendrick was also able to get in a bit of fun with a video for a song by The Lonely Island f/ Kendrick and Adam Levine. They recreate the meaning of YOLO and give some new sound advice to live by. Pretty entertaining. Enjoy.
One of my favorite tracks from Meek's album and I was feeling the visuals for this so I decided to post it up. As we get ready to roll out the new version of Eazee Street, I'll be slowly revealing some of the things you should expect on the new site. For example, though there will always be a heavy concentration of all things L.A., I will be posting more things from out of towners. Since it's my site I'll be sharing other artists that I'm feeling or other videos that catch my eye. I've had out of town posts before but few and far between. Expect to see a bit more.

Select Nike retailers will be carrying this collection that releases tomorrow. I'm really feeling the collection on the basketball side of things [pictured above]. You've seen the campaign "Be Bold. Be True" in an earlier post and now I get to show off the details. My personal favorites are the Kobe's and the bomber jacket. Hit the jump to see the details of each shoe as well as the lifestyle shoes and apparel.
If you've been under a rock then you probably didn't know there was a movie about Steve Jobs, and if that is true they should drag you in front of an Apple store and shoot you. Ashton Kutcher plays the part of the man who has left an imprint on the world that cannot be denied.
To celebrate Black History Month, Nike presents "Be Bold. Be True." The new web film, dedicated to all rebels with a cause, features Kevin Durant and an exclusive musical track produced by 9th Wonder. Striking imagery of gritty playground basketball courts, street art and the Nike BHM 2013 collection is accompanied by an inspirational spoken word piece that encourages the fearless and bold pursuit of one's goals and dreams.
"Be Bold. Be True." was produced and directed by We Are Not Pilgrims. The spoken-word piece was written and performed by Joekenneth Museau. Street Etiquette handled styling responsibilities. #BEBOLDBETRUE #BHM

I just ranted about these via Twitter, but for those that want them they drop on Saturday. I'm not sure why they are calling these the Fire Reds tho...these were simply the "Home" Jordan 5's a few years back. Whatever you little Hypebeasts want to call them go for it. The Fire Reds, had a black tongue as opposed to silver and the red and black combo on the mid-sole was reversed. Either way, I'm sure plenty of people will be trying to get their hands on these.
Now I admit I've heard the name but at the same time I'm not familiar with this artist at all. However my MIA connect Ashley Outrageous shared with me so I figured I'd share with you all. After the jump is the information I received on the song as well as the download link.
Ras Kass is readying a new album for 2.12.13 and is looking to enlist a power circle for his lyrical opus. With a title like Barmageddon, it's only right. Features confirmed for the project are Kendrick Lamar, Sick Jacken, Agallah, Guilty Simpson, Bishop Lamont, Talib Kweli, Planet Asia, Chace Infinite, LaToiya Williams, Yukmouth, Too Short, Ice T. Should be quite the affair. He leaked a new song featuring Planet Asia and Chace Infinite. Hit the jump to hear/download.
If you remember, I have some potnas from the West Covina side of things and one of them is back to make sure you don't forget him anytime soon. You most likely remember him from the High Power Moves project from he and Jansport J. But if you recall I posted his first ever solo project here too. Today I share a video by the name of MasterMind. And if you need more from Hawdwerk make sure to pick up his Call In Sick EP.
I have no idea what this song they're playing in the trailer is, but it sounds like it allowed Future to be a part of it. Now the actual song that this trailer is for is in a bit of rotation and I'm curious to see how this turns out. Pusha's visuals have been on point, especially for that dark, raw and rugged ish...
If you missed it, the homie Stevie Crooks was announced as an artist on the Paid Dues concert. Just in time for the announcement Crooks released this video for his track TESLA. Enjoy.
Many of the homies around town know this dude, and the fact he works closely with a great, Nas, makes this a guy to watch out for and support. I recently came across an article about him on The Source's website. Since I'm about supporting the city: in front of the scenes or behind them. He works with some other folks we support around these parts too. Hit the jump to read the article.

Always been a supporter of young Casey Veggies and since he's been one of THE youngest cats out here doing it I've been following him just to see his growth. He's always had a charisma that's more mature than his actual age and with all the things that have happened for him over the last year I think his subject matter will start to show that. When I saw the artwork revealed recently I was even more ready to hear what Casey had for his newest offering. He called a few notable features with Dom Kennedy and BJ the Chicago Kid, but I'll let you read up on who he has on the production tip.
Nike Basketball is embarking on an extraterrestrial mission for the forthcoming All-Star Game festivities in Houston. The mission control center in Texas, widely know by its radio call sign “Houston,” provides the creative inspiration for a special collection of shoes for of-this-world basketball anomaly’s LeBron James,Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant. See detailed pics after the jump.
So let's keep it Compton real quick and post the homie YG's new video featuring the other homie Nipsey Hussle. Already a favorite off of the Just Re'd Up 2 mixtape that YG dropped on Monday. The track was produced by DJ Mustard, so you already know it bangs. The video is some real street s--t, so embrace it. And if you don't have it yet, grab the mixtape below.
Just Re'd Up 2 - YG
It's just really dope to see the homie go from sets on the patio of a bar in Austin and a small stage at On the Rox all the way to selling 8 consecutive shows in another country. Here is a performance of Backstage Freestyle Live in London. The crowd's energy never ended and they sung pretty much every line along with Kendrick. A packed house with thousands of fans...DOPE.
"The same day Rodney King got whooped, I sold him some candy." - Nemo Hoes on this week's GGN. Check out your favorite news show with special guests Big Boy (Power 106), Pac Div, Andy Milonakis & Thunder Claps!
Since we just showed a video with Snoop Dogg, might as well show off the newest episode of his GGN series. As of right now, weather girl Thunder Claps might be favorite thus far. She's cool as f--k too. Oh and the Suga Free quotes between Pac Div and Snoop are hilarious.
50 comes back with a street banger to complement his radio track with Eminem & Adam Levine. He pull some heavyweight gangstas with Snoop Dogg and Young Jeezy. Thugs, guns, women and blue rags are abundant, but the funniest highlight is probably 50's kid wearing an MMG chain. The internets have pretty much speculated that this is the MMG chain stolen from Gunplay after his "altercation" with G-Unit at the BET Hip Hop Awards...enjoy. Street King Immortal on its way.
At the end of the month my Strong Arm family Krondon will release his anticipated solo effort entitled Everything's Nothing dropping on 1.31.13 over at strongarmsteady.net. For now we get the first single entitled 7-Eleven produced by Cardo, with some vocal assistance from TeeFlii. Hit the jump to peep the video [w/ cameos from Phil the Agony, Raven Sorvino, Anwar Carrots & more] and download the track.
In case you missed it, the homie Omarion put out a small R&B offering called Care Package and it supplied some smooth player ish like this track here "Admire". Featuring the homie Problem and Tank, the video is also directed by the homie Danny and there are some cameos from some of Sin City LA's finest. Also I can't overlook the beautiful homegirl Jenai [the hostess]. You might want to watch this video a few times.
Hit-Boy and his #HS87 squad [including some of the homies] invaded Power 106 last night with the LA Leakers and the highlight of the night was Hit-Boy announcing his imprint deal with Interscope and a remix for his popular "Fan" record from his project HITStory. The remix features everyone's favorite: 2 Chainz. The L.A. Leakers then dropped the track for all to hear. Enjoy.

THURZ hits us with a track from his upcoming album Blood On the Canvas. The track is titled Acura Legend which in the words of THURZ "reflects over one of my favorite cars from my childhood when growing up in Inglewood'.
Ya'll know when Raven Sorvino puts out some visuals I try to share with ya'll. I mean she out here swaggin' on alotta ya'll chicks and I know my fellas want to look at her strut around and talk her shit. Right? I thought so. This is her newest and I've been meaning to post this up for ya'll. Enjoy.
Let's stay with our Out of Towner homies and head down to ATL real quick. And who better to take us through a night in #NEWATLANTA than the homie Sean Falyon, I mean he do 'Be Everywhere' and shit. Speaking of you can get his newest project SFBE 3 off iTunes right now.
Now that I'm getting back into the swing of things I have more videos and things to post. It's been a minute since I've been able to post a video from the homie Dee Goodz. Check out his new visual for the track Super Duper Hard from his The Introduction of Donald G project.
Ya'll know though he's not from Los Angeles [nor the west coast], I rock with Wiz. So with that said I am posting his newest video. 100 Bottles from the Cabin Fever 2 mixtape. Perfect theme music to turn up and get 'ratchet' too. Enjoy.
I think this leaked out under the name of 187, but Universal isn't going to let that be the title on a VEVO page. Anyways the young YMCMB emcee trades bars and such with Officer Ricky over a reworked version of a classic beat made famous by Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. Tyga dropped another video earlier this week with Game. Hit the jump to see that.
I probably should have posted this a couple days ago but the sale is still going strong through to Sunday. So if you're local get up to the Beverly Center like, right now and get you some gear at some great prices. If you go ask for Tony or Jason and tell em Eazee sent ya...if you're not local then hit the site shoptradition.com and see if you can get you something.
Black Cloud Music presents the official music video for Curtiss King's song "OhMyGod" (Produced by Jansport J) off of his debut album "Atychiphobia"
I know my posts have been predominantly Best of 2012 stuff so far, but this guy's album is already my early entry for Best of 2013. Here is video of his visit to David Letterman to perform his album intro track and the electro-hip-hop fusion track with Skrillex. Enjoy.
My Pac Div family stopped by set of GGN to chop it up with Nemo Hoes aka Snoop Dogg and was that an awesome shoot. The energy was just right and the segment was highly entertainment. So entertaining that they couldn't include everything. But you see the crew freestyle for Snoop, talk about the West Coast's contribution to hip-hop, Kurupt serving 2,000 emcees, fights at IHOP...oh and they almost get arrested on set [that was the not so fun part]. Watch and enjoy.
One of my favorite tracks from Ab-Soul's project Control System gets the visual treatment from some of my favorite folks in the video game, APLUSFILMZ. Shout out to my TDE homies, they doing their thing. If you haven't got your copy of Control System you can do so right here.
I received this mix in my inbox late last night from the young homie I work with, Whoopi. I can't put into words how awesome this young guy is on a bunch of levels. He just put together a mixtape of the songs that provided the soundtrack to his awesome 2012. So since he's sharing with me, I'm sharing with you. He said the tracklist will be available soon...for now just listen and discover the music for yourself. Mixed by his homie
As much as we can be fans of particular artists, or love to see what an artist can do for themselves on their albums...you just can't deny a good feature or guest spot from another artist. What makes a "Feature" a best to me doesn't necessarily mean someone gets Eminem'd on their own shit, sometimes it's just the added energy to the track. Other times it's the impression that feature leaves and what extra push that guest spot gives the track [on or off the song]. Hit the jump to see what artists and which of their verses were my "Best of 2012"

In a time where tragedies like the recent events in Newtown are occurring far too frequently, ICON takes it upon himself to dissect our society's misguidance on his new single, 'Find A Way'. The Cali wordsmith stays true to form with an impressive lyrical display, while addressing matters he feels are plaguing our culture. ICON connects with Slovenian producer, Cazzafura, to provide a soulful bed of music that perfectly complements the message-driven track.

So as much as we may be fans of hip-hop that doesn't stop us from hearing other genres of music, and most times if you know about hip-hop you know about some R&B. I only chose three albums for this list because that's the amount of major releases that made it on my radar. Frank Ocean may not technically be a major label release for some BUT he charted on Billboard so it was well recognized. As you can see here two local talents made the list but you'll have to hit the jump to see why as well as who the third artist was.

I have a few of these Best of 2012 lists to post but I wanted to start with the one every blog/website loves to do: ALBUMS!!! For this category I'm going with major label releases, and I'm keeping it to five, but I do share a few honorable mentions. I'm also proud to say that one of the homies made this list along with two emcees I'm huge fans of [like Top 10 emcee status]. Don't worry I'll have a Best of 2012 R&B albums going up next. Hit the jump to see my choices for 2012. Remember these are my thoughts...so no need to argue.
