A nice, simple and clean motif for this section of the Fall Collection called "Play Group". All black pieces with "PLAY" in bold white on the trims. The varsity jacket is my top pick and then the hoodie next. The pants look like they would be pretty comfortable though. Dropping soon.

LRG announces their new Fall 2010 collection. Shot in New Orleans, the look book features their skate team, rapper Curren$y and graffiti artists Pose & Augor. The season consists of 14 themes spread through three deliveries. - HighSnobiety
I posted because it was LRG and because Curren$y made his way into this look book. Spitta is everywhere.
Simply because I'm a fan of Young Jeezy. Video dropping Monday on 106 & Park.

The mixtape drops tomorrow but for now here is another leak...enjoy.
My good folks at Karmaloop TV sent me a new clip and since it's going down at the homies from Diamond Supply Co's store (right there on Fairfax) I had to post it. For you smokers they hit some SFV OG and run down the top 5 hits right now. Enjoy.
Planet Asia drops a video for us to check out. The song will be on his forthcoming project: Black Belt Theatre Peep it out.
Curren$y In Store Signing & Concert| Wash D.C 7.16.2010| follow us @thecnsrs from The CNSRS on Vimeo.
Curren$y is on the go as is evident through all the content documenting his moves. Here he is at his in-store at CommonWealth. Check it out.
My folks over at The Originators have been going strong with this for a while now, so if you want to hear some good music and deal with less BS with a door man then check this out. Nothing like hearing some West Coast Classics while you hang out. And before you go out Sunday stop by the store and pick up some gear.
Need I say more...?
So if you like Carl's burgers and you're craving something bigger...you can try this new burger/sandwich if you're on the Santa Ana side of things. They have a plain and a deluxe so try for yourself. Photos courtesy of here and the story is over here. This was brought to my attention by my homie over there.
I saw a link of it floating around the nets saying it was the 2011 Spring/Summer Look Book, but I'm not sure if this is for the future or right now. Beyond that the video is dope as hell...the homie Sean Lyles is the lead character and you can actually go back and see part 1 right here. Done by the WereHaus.

The good folks from L.A.'s Finest aka the homies Braden, Chuck and Cameron just dropped the behind the scenes of their promotional photo shoot. You may have heard of L.A.'s Finest from a few of the big Hollywood Nightclubs they do as well as the pool party we just did together called #TheWave. If you didn't know they're more than club promoters, they also handle management and specialize in Business, Entertainment and Lifestyle. They're on the move so keep an eye out. Cameo by the Glam Girls. When the pics are ready I'll show you those too, as well as keep you up to date with their ventures.
Wiz sits down with Hardknock TV to discuss the War in Iraq, his musical influences and a bit more. Check it out and enjoy.
The new commercial for the new album Bun B will be dropping for us soon.
I believe that Dom Kennedy and Skotch Davis performed at this show as well. In the meantime peep the video highlights...JETS!!! Fool.
Just some hilarity featuring everyone's favorite light skinned rapper to help you through your Thursday.
Glasses is featured on this Tech N9ne track so I felt it was only right to share with ya'll. Props to Street Goddess.
While looking for some inspiration for his upcoming project, DreKidd came across one of his favorite tracks: 2 Words. So with that he took to recording some bars for it. Check it out...oh yeah and City of Champs on 8.8.10
In celebration of Priority Records' 25th anniversary, they have officially launched an online commerce store where fans can purchase exclusive merchandise including classic Priority albums/CDs, autograph booklets, T-shirts and great bundle packages that can’t be found anywhere else. The store is hosted on their official website at https://www.priorityrecords.
As you know, Priority Records has and continues to be a huge influence on the music industry. The label really put "gangsta rap" on the map and has paved the way for some of the biggest rappers including Eazy-E, Master P, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Mystikal and even had their hand in releasing Jay-Z’s first album Reasonable Doubt. - Cashmere Agency
You need to check it out they have some pretty cool stuff up like the Snoop Dogg USDA (Uncut Snoop Dogg Approved) reissue series. Head over there to see what goodies you get.
Nipsey and the crew drop a video for a track off their "There Goes the Neighborhood" vol. 1 project. You may recognize some of the places in the video. If you dig the Slauson Boyz you can get their project off of iTunes now.
While he was in London, West Coast veteran B-Real had an interview in which he speaks on Drake and then on auto-tune and it's origins in hip hop. Props to Amaru Don for the footage.

Icon presents another short film to one of his tracks...this one is called "Boss In The Buildin'" and looks like a day in the life with him in Las Vegas. I know one thing, Icon in both of these short films has been rocking some packed venues as well as some very upscale venues. Emcees may want to take notes. For now though just peep the video.
So Jasmin (TakingYouOver) & I went to Trek Life's album listening party. The performance was very energetic. The whole West Cov was on board: J Bizness, Jansport J, Hawdwerk + Basicali, Tommy Blak, etc. We then interviewed the man himself and were able to admire Jansport J's natural ability as a host. Trek Life goes in deep about his album, mad tour stories, Soulja Boy, how & why he got into the game, his relationship with producers Oddisse & J Biz, etc. Basically you get to spend ten minutes with the West Cov legend himself. COP HIS NEW ALBUM EVERYTHING CHANGED NOTHING that dropped yesterday. - LA Stereo TV
We all know Drake and Bun B are cool with each other so it's only right the veteran lets the rookie get busy with him on the album. Bun let it loose on his bandcamp page.
With the exits of Farmar, Powell and possibly an early retirement by Luke Walton the Lakers had to reload. I showed you they got Steve Blake, but with Farmar definitely joining the Nets I had to post Steve up again. With Luke on the mend and wanting to strengthen the perimeter D we grabbed Matt Barnes...thank Kobe for that too. If Luke can't really do much this season Matt Barnes will help us forget Luke's not there. Theo Ratliff replaced Powell but there is no photo for him. So deal with it...
I know the OG's just dropped like 2 weeks ago...but with no warning these are just available??? WTF??? The only thing I don't like is the logo on the back tongue...where is the field goal post planted in the homebase between the 21 and 24??? Oh well, I always liked this color way. $105 is the overhead damage...select stores only so call around.
So since I'm here pretty much I figured what better way to bring back Eazee Living then with this building here. A plush residence that comes with everything...the place is furnished, the architecture is modern and it feels like you live in a hotel permanently. They offer field trips for residents as well as countless events for them on the rooftop. A gym on the roof right across from the pool and jacuzzi. Grills so you can BBQ while your guests swim. There is a happy hour with complementary drinks, big screens to watch games in the cabanas on the roof. Spectacular views of downtown LA's skyline including the Staples Center, as well as the city of Los Angeles. Not only from the roof but from the living spaces. It's a great place to really push that Los Angeles lifestyle. So next time I twitter about I'm going swimming and I invite you...maybe you'll hit me back. If you want to see and learn more about 1010 Wilshire you probably want to go here. Oh sidenote, Diddy has already thrown a party up on the roof...the only other non-resident to do so was ME, lol. From what I hear there are no vacancies as of right now but I'm trying to snatch one of so.
Inspired by the infamous jackets, Converse hits us with these. Black or the military green...whichever suits you best. UNDFTD has them.
Tonight it goes down as El Prez, Alexander Spit and the 87 Stick Up Kids take over Crazy Girls to rock out. This will be quite an experience if you know where Crazy Girls is. And just as a bonus I'm dropping this song that El Prez and Tunji were featured on by an artist named E Reece. IT's been floating around the nets a couple days but I forgot to post. Enjoy and see you tonight.
This is a special Out of Towner...we have someone that is actually not even from the States. Rochelle Jordan is a dope singer/songwriter from Canada and does R&B. Go figure I'm posting an album from an artist that is neither L.A. nor Hip Hop. But who cares when it's talent. The homie Klash put me onto her so I'll give you the background on the project, you read then you download...deal? DEAL!!!
