CREATIVE RECREATION LOS ANGELES SHOWROOM OPENING (UPDATE)

UPDATE: Brought this back to the top to acknowledge the woman I know that had a hand in this event, a rather large hand. I found a pic of us at the event (up top) and figured I'd show her off and give her her just due...I mean it's my blog so I can do that. So big shout out to my bodyguard, Dominique LaFargue of Creative Recreation, thanks for having me. It was her night, so I was actually protecting her this time.

So Monday at the last minute of last minuteness I was notified that I was to attend the opening of Creative Recreation's Showroom in Beverly Hills/West Hollywood. Glad I attended, not only did I get to see the hard work my 'bodyguard' put in to help create an nice event, I got to see what Creative Rec has up their sleeve. The shoes on display are premium versions of their sneakers, as well as boots, women's heels, sandals, casuals, and more. I'm very excited for the direction that the company is going. I was a guest of Lensley and as always he got the party going. Belvedere sponsored the night and made the drinks well to my liking. Some friends were in attendance such as Dana Michelle of Elle Bon Claire, Diz Gibran and the Ek5obition crew. Above are some photos that Lensley took of the event (in his special way) as well as some sneak peeks of upcoming shoes that I took via the iPhone. Many of these styles won't drop until next year but if you see me wearing them, DON'T BE MAD!!! All in all I had a great time, the waitresses and bartenders were very nice (and highly attractive) as were the guests. Creative Recreation has a great team and a beautiful staff (the party they had in Vegas for MAGIC in February was just a hint), I'm glad I got to hang out with them and hopefully they'll invite me to more things.
