Here is a nice little do-over that was created over in Eagle Rock that caught my attention. This is a duplex that got upgraded without really having to tear down and build back up. For the back story of what was done and how it came to be just go here. Architecture and design was done by Martin Fenlon Architecture. As you can see LA has some really nice homes nestled in this big city, you just have to keep your eyes open.
