Well seeing that this man made the girl below the preferred video vixen of the moment it's only right to give you a Drake update...here he explains that line that everyone took out of context. I know what he meant by it. We need to do more listening to people's lyrics and seeing the context it was given in rather than listening so we can have a comment to make that shines a negative light on people. Not crying when Pac died doesn't make a rapper more or less talented, there is a whole generation of emcees who were introduced to hip hop post Pac, and an incoming generation that was introduced post Jay-Z's best run.
