If you didn't know, Jay-Z made his LA tour stop at Staples with Jeezy and Trey Songz.  Well Jeezy decided to bring out West Coast Legend and LA hip hop hero Ice Cube as a surprise guest.  Here is the footage.  Remember Jeezy brought out Drake in NYC.  We see you Jeezy.
