JAY ELECTRONICA DEBUTS NEW TRACK IN LOS ANGELES (VIDEO)

Supposedly on his birthday, September 19th Jay Electronica will drop Act II.  Well this is a track off of that and he decided to share a bit of it with his LA Fans last week.  Check it out....and is there a way to blur out Sean Healy in the background.
