VANS SK8 HI DECONSTRUCT SUEDE FALL 2010

Vans that use premium materials are more likely to get my attention as these did.  Dropping for the Fall, suede with embroidered logo stripes.  These are the three colors for the season.  Of course check with Vans to see when exactly these will hit retail.

This is a pretty interesting and innovative concept...can't knock the hustle on these.  Not sure when they drop but I'm sure you can Google it if you're feeling these.  I only posted a few, there are more colorways.

VANS SK8 HI x MLB LA DODGERS for CONVEYOR AT FRED SEGAL

Out of all the MLB Vans that have dropped these are the only ones that have caught my attention...ironically they are the show for our home team.  If you're feeling them you need to get over to Santa Monica...the reason why is below.

Vault by Vans and Major League Baseball celebrate the Los Angeles Dodgers’ Opening Day by releasing the Los Angeles Dodgers Sk8-Hi LX for Conveyor at Fred Segal. Only 12 pairs of the Dodgers’ Sk8-Hi LX were made and each comes with a matching Majestic Authentic Jersey. The Sk8-Hi LX goes on sale on Tuesday, April 13 and will only be available at Conveyor at Fred Segal in Santa Monica. The L.A. Dodgers open at home that day against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Not a Vans wearer (like I used to be), I think the Pack ruined it for me...but I know there are a number of people who do like Vans, and as you can see they've gotten down with the good folks at Crooks to bring you these. The word is they drop early 2010..so I'm sure more info will become available the closer we get to that mark.

I'm not really a Vans fan like I used to be, but I spotted this over at High Snobiety and I thought the concept behind it as well as it involving a Crooks' collabo was worth the post. This is the info I "obtained" from HighSnobiety:

For Spring 2009 Vans will be releasing the Vans Forty-Four Hi Pack. The pack consists of the Crooks & Castles West Coat edition, the 5Boro East Coast edition, two secret store editions and a Wainwright edition. The high top sneaker comes with velcro strap in some interesting colorways, each accompanied by a t-shirt.
